My career in real estate began in the late 1970s, working behind the scenes in a successful startup real estate company. I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2004. After time off to raise 4 children alongside my husband, I came back  to real estate as a leasing assistant with Renters Warehouse and the Karlen Leasing Team, working with landlords and tenants. In 2014 I joined the sales division of Renters Warehouse, RW Realty, an exciting new agency out of Bloomington started up by Renters Warehouse to assist the landlords ready to sell their homes and tenants ready to purchase! In 2015 I helped my clients successfully close over $1,745,000.00 in transactions. With the closing of RW Realty in late 2015 I moved over to Greater Midwest Realty my new home for real estate!  I am excited and passionate about what I do and look forward to the future and all the opportunities it will bring in real estate.
